Many of you may or may not have heard about physical therapy, have had it yourself, or know someone who has undergone physical therapy treatment. If you were lucky enough to have one on one care then you may understand how under-rated the field is in how Physical Therapists help their patients maintain a strong and healthy body.

I have been practicing in the field for several years now and often get asked questions about healthy eating, how to diet, and the correct exercises to do in order to maintain an overall healthy and strong body. This is what brought me into designing this website as well as a major lifestyle change that I recently went through.

Since 2012 I’ve lost over 70 pounds and understand the challenges that come across changing a lifestyle. I understand every obstacle and every bad influence that can get in your way to throw you off track. My overall goal is to provide information on healthy joints, healthy recipes, as well as tips and advice to help you get through this process.
