You will notice all of my blends are blended with water without use of any type of milk or yogurt. This is a personal choice I make to keep it healthy and natural. Feel free to add whatever type of milk or yogurt you like based on your preference and dietary needs/style. I would recommend 1 cup of milk/yogurt per juice and add water if you want a thinner type juice instead of adding additional milk to keep the calories/fat low.
