Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I am a huge fan of brussel sprouts and can eat them every day without getting bored. Here is a super simple and easy recipe if you like these earthy vegetables as much as I do!

Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts
Salt and pepper
Olive Oil (about 2 tablespoons)
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)

Recipe
Cut off ends of brussel sprouts and cut them in half.
Drizzle olive oil onto brussel sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in 375 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes or until leaves are browned and crisp!
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar for extra flavor. (I opt this out depending on my mood, ha!)

Enjoy!
