Seared Scallops (Recipe Follows)
If you’re in the mood for seafood but do not have much time to cook scallops are always a great easy quick choice.
- Number of scallops desired
- Salt and pepper to taste OR salt and lemon pepper seasoning to taste
- all natural butter for cooking
Sprinkle both sides of scallops with salt and pepper (or lemon pepper seasoning) to taste and sear on medium high heat NO longer than 2 minutes per side.
