Asian Grilled Chicken Thighs – Recipe Follows
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup La Choy Stir Fry Orange Ginger Sauce OR sweet orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon dried or fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Spray each side of chicken thighs with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Orange Ginger Sauce, sriracha and thyme and stir well until combined.
Dip each chicken thigh in combined sauce and place on grill and cook about 5-6 minutes per side with grill covered. Bast chicken thighs with grill brush with remaining sauce every few minutes.
