Egg White Omelet – Recipe Follows
The amount of each ingredient you will use depends on the size of the omelet you want to eat
- All Whites Egg Whites
- Weight Watchers shredded cheese (I use this brand because it is/has been the diet I have been following) but you can use any low-fat shredded cheese you desire.
- salt and pepper to taste
I usually eat the omelet with ketchup or salsa, depending on my mood
