Don’t skip out on breakfast! Egg White Omelette

Remember, breakfast is essential to any diet as it gets your metabolism going for the day. Here’s a healthy breakfast that I had this morning, it’s full of protein and very little fat to keep you full for several hours

Egg White Omelet – Recipe Follows

The amount of each ingredient you will use depends on the size of the omelet you want to eat

  • All Whites Egg Whites
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Mushroom
  • Spinach
  • Weight Watchers shredded cheese (I use this brand because it is/has been the diet I have been following) but you can use any low-fat shredded cheese you desire.
  • salt and pepper to taste

I usually eat the omelet with ketchup or salsa, depending on my mood
