Spiced Grilled Chicken Thighs/Breasts

The weather is getting nicer so in my free time you will find me parked outside in front of my grill which is exactly what happened tonight! Hope you enjoy this recipe

Spiced Grilled Chicken – Recipe follows

  • 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs – I prefer thighs because they have more taste, but it’s up to you!
  • 1 table-spoon paprika
  • 1 table-spoon dried parsley
  • 2 tea spoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

If you decide to grill these they cook at about 8-10 minutes per side depending on how large your chicken thighs are

You can also use this recipe to bake the chicken at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes for chicken thighs or 20-25 minutes for chicken breasts.
